A Chatty Cat Care team member will visit your home once or twice per day as requested, while you are away. Chatty Cats Care offers cat-sitting services in both London and Cambridge. We provide dedicated care to your cat’s unique needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being while you're away. I would recommend this to any cat owner over a cattery option as it is far less stressful for the cat. Cats are also territorial animals and feel most comfortable in an environment they are used to. The visits include cleaning the feeding bowls and area and then feeding the cat, checking and topping up water facilities, administering medication if needed (a tablet or injection) and grooming. Lastly, cleaning and refreshing the litter tray and giving your cat (s) lots of attention, TLC, playing, pampering and cuddles.

Prices during the bank holiday period are from Friday to Monday inclusive and charged at 30% more.
We will arrange an initial free meeting and consultation with you at your home. This is so we can become familiar with your cat and home. This is also an opportunity for you to tell us all about your cat(s) so that we can tailor a specific service that works well for you and your cat. We also use this opportunity for you to show us where everything is kept, e.g. cat food, litter trays and test and collect spare keys.
If a separate key collection or drop off is required a £8.40 charge will be added to cover our time and transport. We also retain keys for many of our clients for future visits, saving you the cost of another key collection. We ensure that no keys contain the addresses of the owners or any correspondence.
Your home security is important to us while you are away. At Chatty Cats Care, we ensure that your home appears the same as usual. We are happy to bring in the mail, water plants, switching lights on or off, opening and closing curtains or blinds. This will give the impression that your house is still occupied when away and should deter any potential burglars.
Cleanliness and Hygiene are paramount at Chatty Cats Care. Our visits include refreshing or changing litter trays, keeping food bowls and eating area clean, removing all related rubbish/garbage from the house.
We are happy to go above and beyond with our service and replenish any additional items you may need if you run out, such as cat food, cat litter, bin liners etc. However, a £10 cost will be added on to the bill in addition to the cost of purchases, this is to cover our time and service.
We know how much you miss your cats and appreciate the reassurance. We send daily updates, photos and videos if you wish to give you peace of mind.
