Chatty Cats Care is expanding its trusted cat sitting service to Birmingham.
Since launching in London in 2019, we have helped hundreds of cat owners arrange dependable care for their cats while they work, travel, or spend time away from home. We are now preparing to bring the same personal and welfare-focused service to Birmingham.
Professional cat sitting in your own home
Many cats feel safest and happiest in familiar surroundings. Our cat sitters visit them at home, allowing them to keep their usual feeding times, routines and favourite sleeping spots.
Depending on your booking, our cat sitting visits can include:
- Feeding and providing fresh water
- Cleaning litter trays
- Playtime and companionship
- Giving medication when agreed in advance
- Sending photographs and updates after each visit
- Monitoring your cat’s health and behaviour
- Simple home care tasks such as collecting post and watering plants
We can support playful kittens, shy cats, older cats and cats with additional care requirements.
Our sitters provide attentive care while cats remain comfortable in their own homes.
Bringing our trusted approach to Birmingham
Chatty Cats Care was founded by professional cat sitter Michelle Adams. What began as a small London service has grown into a team of carefully selected cat lovers supporting customers across the capital.
Our Birmingham expansion will follow the same approach. New sitters will complete our recruitment and onboarding process before being introduced to customers. This includes identity checks, references, an enhanced DBS check, and confirmation that they can provide the thoughtful and dependable care expected from Chatty Cats Care.
Michelle will oversee the Birmingham service while the local team develops.
Supporting Birmingham’s growing communities
Our expansion is being supported by our new partnership with Get Living. We are preparing to introduce Chatty Cats Care to residents in Birmingham as part of our wider relationship with the company.
Partnerships like this help us make professional cat care more accessible to people living in busy apartment communities, including residents who may be new to the city or who do not have friends and family nearby to care for their cats.
Customers do not need to live in a partner building to contact us. We welcome enquiries from cat owners across Birmingham, subject to sitter availability in their area.
Creating flexible work opportunities in Birmingham
As Chatty Cats Care grows, we are also creating flexible opportunities for people who understand cats and want to provide a high standard of care.
More than half of our existing team are neurodivergent or disabled. We understand that traditional workplaces are not suitable for everyone, so we aim to offer flexible work that allows people to use their skills, build confidence, and become part of a supportive team.
We are currently recruiting cat sitters in Birmingham. Every successful applicant must complete our full screening and onboarding process before caring for customers’ cats.
